municipal courts in numerous counties in Georgia. Attorneys
in the firm are admitted to practice in the United States
Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States

United States District Court for the Middle District of
Georgia, and all state courts in Georgia.
The firm
has also aggressively pursued resolution of disputes for
clients through arbitration, mediation and other alternative
dispute resolution procedures. One of the firm’s attorneys
has completed the significant training required to be a
registered mediator with the Supreme Court of Georgia.

arbitrator with the Supreme Court of Georgia.

In
addition to representing individuals and companies in
business and dispute resolution matters, the firm has
represented governmental agencies, such as the State of
Georgia Department of Administrative Services, the Georgia
Department of Community Health, Division of Medical
Assistance, and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources,
Environmental Protection Division. The firm represented the
Peachtree City Development Authority from 1998 through 2004
and has provided legal services for the Peachtree City Water
and Sewerage Authority from 2000 to the present.
